Hello again! We’re just popping by again to serve you this week’s recipe for success from the Steel Croissant bakery. Just as a reminder, each week, we pull together the latest news from the world of B2B marketing in a ‘snackable’ industry news round-up.
This week, we take a look at Google’s latest updates to impact the B2B space, insights from Meta on how to improve video content, the Twitter edit button, and more.
This week’s trending headlines include:
The helpful content update rolled out late last month and since then, early feedback from SEO experts and publishers has indicated that the new ranking signal has minimal impact on search results. Sullivan also indicated that “maybe” core updates could make the change more significant. Now that the latest core update has been announced, perhaps we could expect to start seeing the impact. Read the thread here.
In a bid to help B2B marketers reach key decision-makers across small, medium, and enterprise businesses, Meta has launched new B2B targeting audience segments and options: IT decision-makers, Business decision-maker titles and interests, Business decision-makers, and New active business. Read more about the targeting options here.

Perhaps not so useful if a tweet with an embarrassing spelling mistake goes viral within that time… Read more here.
