Siemens helps to secure and maintain the places where we work, learn and grow. We helped them introduce the world to their latest technology, a cloud-based surveillance and analytics platform that makes spaces more secure, efficient, and forward-thinking.
While preparing to bring a new video security product to market, Siemens needed help creating promotional materials to generate interest and momentum for the launch. Steel Croissant joined the project on recommendation from another division of the company after contributing to their successful campaign. Our goal was to position Siveillance Video Cloud as the next generation of video surveillance and demonstrate the many technological innovations it brings to customers and their facilities.
To support the launch, we turned to the product’s natural medium: video. From the start, we knew we wanted to create multiple videos of varying lengths to share across several channels, maximize value, and increase views. We crafted three videos, each for a distinct audience, channel, and purpose: a 3:00 customer-focused video for the flagship website, a 1:30 video for sales teams, and a 30-second video for social media promotion. To tell Siemens’ story in its own voice, we conducted a series of filmed interviews with product and sales managers that put a human face to technology.
Our partnership with Siemens resulted in engaging product videos that were used to support the successful launch of Siveillance Video Cloud. The videos have been used for promotional purposes across several channels, including on Siemens’ flagship website, and have also served as a sales tool in the field.
